Moto Club Hub is a mobile app that helps motorcycle riders connect, organize group rides, and discover local motorcycle events. Our mission is to turn solo rides into social ones by connecting riders in your area.
Is Moto Club Hub free?
Yes! Moto Club Hub is currently completely free to use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees.
What platforms is the app available on?
Moto Club Hub is available on both iOS and Android devices. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Download the app and sign up using your email address or social media accounts. Complete your rider profile to get started.
How do I create my first ride?
- Tap the “Create Ride” button
- Enter ride details (route, date, time, meeting point)
- Set ride preferences (difficulty, pace, bike types)
- Publish and invite riders
How do I join a ride?
Browse available rides in your area, tap on one that interests you, and click “Join Ride”. The organizer will see your request.
Safety & Privacy
Is my location shared publicly?
No. Your exact location is never shared publicly. You control what location information is visible to other riders.
How do you ensure rider safety?
We encourage riders to:
- Meet in public places
- Ride in groups
- Follow local traffic laws
- Check rider profiles and reviews
- Report any concerning behavior
Can I block or report users?
Yes. You can block users and report inappropriate behavior directly from their profile or any interaction.
Technical Support
The app isn’t working properly. What should I do?
- Make sure you have the latest version
- Check your internet connection
- Restart the app

How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions sent to your email.

What types of rides can I organize?
Any type! Casual rides, long-distance tours, track days, cafe meetups, charity events, and more.
Can I create a club or group?
Yes! You can create and manage motorcycle clubs within the app, complete with member management and group rides.
